New Venue - The 1900 Building


The Kappa Holiday Boutique is a favorite Tour tradition, featuring a variety of local vendors who help bring the Tour to life each year.   Our 2019 vendors will be showcasing everything from jewelry, home décor, artwork, new fashion must-haves and the Pickwick candles featured in each of our beautiful homes.  Grab a sweet treat to enjoy over the holidays, gift to a neighbor or just enjoy as you tour.

The Boutique will be open at the 1900 Building, 1900 Shawnee Mission Parkway during tour hours.  Stop by and shop, then dine or enjoy a glass of wine at the critically acclaimed Restaurant at 1900.  Preview some of this year’s Boutique features below.

2019 Kappa Ornament

This year's annual KAPPA Tour of Homes ornament will be the third in our series of ceramic keys and is sure to be a showstopper. In keeping with the key theme, we have brought back artist Tricia Szasz with a totally new design. A dazzlingly intricate antique silver, crowned key, embellished with sapphire blue, faceted gems.
