2023 General Admission Tickets
General admission tickets purchased in advance are $30, and one ticket gets you into all four homes.
Tuesday, December 5th | Cocktails and Candlelight | 5-9pm - $100-$250 Chauffeured Tour Experience, Boutique, and Reception Tickets
Wednesday, December 6th | Tour 12pm-8pm | Boutique 11am-8pm - $30 General Admission
Thursday, December 7th | Tour 10am-6pm | Boutique 10am-3pm - $30 General Admission
General admission tickets will be available for purchase during Tour hours for $35. Cash and checks will be accepted at Tour homes. Cash, checks, credit and debit cards will be accepted at the Holiday Boutique.
Tickets can be purchased at Hen House locations at Lenexa, Leawood, Overland Park, Fairway, College Blvd, Deer Creek, Shops at Prairie Village and Cornith Square while supplies last.
Cocktails & Candlelight VIP Event Tickets
Tickets are $100-$250, which includes drink tickets, hors d'oeuvres, and exclusive early access to the homes and Holiday Boutique. There are a limited number of Chauffeured Cocktails and Candlelight Experience tickets for $250 which includes a commemorative bottle of Kappa wine from the Fleur winery in Napa Valley.

Acknowledge the contagious nature of viruses, including COVID-19 and its variants.
Voluntarily assume all risk that you may be exposed to or infected with a virus, including COVID-19 and its variants.
Agree to release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Kappa Holiday Homes Tour and the Kappa Kappa Gamma Kansas City Alumnae Association and its officers, agents, and representatives, as well as the homeowners with homes on the Tour, from any and all claims arising out of or related to exposure to any virus, including COVID-19 and its variants, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, illness, disability, death, economic loss, and expenses of any kind.
