2025 General Admission Tickets

General admission tickets purchased in advance are $40, and one ticket gets you into all four homes.

Thursday, December 4th | Tour & Boutique 10am-4pm | General Admission

General admission tickets will be available for purchase during Tour hours for $45. Cash and checks will be accepted at Tour homes. Cash, checks, credit and debit cards will be accepted at the Holiday Boutique.

Tickets can be purchased prior to the Tour at Hen House locations at Lenexa, Leawood, Overland Park, Fairway, College Blvd, Deer Creek, Shops at Prairie Village and Corinth Square while supplies last.

Cocktails & Candlelight VIP Event Tickets

Tickets may be purchased online for $125 and include drink tickets, hors d'oeuvres, and exclusive early access to the homes and Holiday Boutique.

Group Discounts Available

Ticket discounts are available for groups of 20 people or more. To inquire about group discounts, please contact a Kappa Homes Tour Chair.

Acknowledge the contagious nature of viruses, including COVID-19 and its variants.
Voluntarily assume all risk that you may be exposed to or infected with a virus, including COVID-19 and its variants.
Agree to release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Kappa Holiday Homes Tour and the Kappa Kappa Gamma Kansas City Alumnae Association and its officers, agents, and representatives, as well as the homeowners with homes on the Tour, from any and all claims arising out of or related to exposure to any virus, including COVID-19 and its variants, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, illness, disability, death, economic loss, and expenses of any kind.
